Where Is Mike Golic Now

So, you're wondering, "Where in the world is Mike Golic?" Well, buckle up, my friend, 'cause we're about to take a wild ride through the life of this former NFL star and sports media personality.

From NFL to ESPN

Let's rewind to the '90s. Mike Golic, the big guy with the big laugh, was tearing up the NFL field. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, the Houston Oilers, and the Miami Dolphins. But then, something crazy happened. He started talking about sports instead of just playing them.

Yep, you heard it right. Mike traded in his football helmet for a microphone and joined ESPN. He became one half of the dynamic duo, "Mike & Mike," alongside the legendary Mike Greenberg. They were like the dynamic duo of sports radio, dishing out hot takes and laughs every morning.

For 17 years, they were the soundtrack to millions of Americans' mornings. But then, in 2017, ESPN decided to shake things up. They split the dynamic duo, sending Mike Golic off to start his own show, "Golic and Wingo."

But here's where it gets interesting. Mike didn't just bring his radio skills to the new show. Oh no, he brought his whole family. His son, Mike Jr., joined him as a co-host. Talk about a family affair!

Now, Mike Golic Sr. and Jr. are dishing out sports talk, jokes, and even some sibling rivalry for all to hear. But it's not just about the Golic boys. Joining them is Trey Wingo, a sports journalist with a personality as big as Mike's laugh.

Together, they're serving up a hot breakfast of sports news, interviews, and a whole lot of fun. They've got guests ranging from athletes to actors, keeping their show as unpredictable as a Hail Mary pass.

But Mike Golic isn't just a sports guy. Oh no, he's a man of many talents. He's a best-selling author, a podcast host, and even a comedian. Yes, you heard it right. This former NFL player is making people laugh off the field too.

He's got a comedy tour called "Mike Golic: Living on a Prayer," where he's dishing out laughs and stories about his life. And if that wasn't enough, he's also got a podcast called "Golic and Wingo: The Podcast," where he and Trey are talking sports, life, and everything in between.

Mike Golic: The Philly Fanatic

But here's something you might not know about Mike Golic. He's a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan. Like, the kind of fan who paints his face green and wears the team's jersey to bed kind of fan. He's been known to get a little... emotional about his Eagles.

But hey, who can blame him? He played for the team, and he's got that Philly pride running through his veins. It's part of what makes him, well, him.

So, Where Is Mike Golic Now?

Well, my friend, Mike Golic is right where he's always been - in our hearts and in our ears. He's still dishing out sports talk, making us laugh, and reminding us why we love sports and the people who talk about them.

He might not be on "Mike & Mike" anymore, but he's still here, still loud, and still loving every minute of it. So, the next time you're wondering, "Where is Mike Golic now?" Just tune into ESPN Radio or listen to his podcast. He's probably laughing, talking sports, and living his best life. And isn't that what we all want to do?
