Mark Your Calendars!

Alright, so here's the big reveal. Redbox is rolling out the red carpet for The Upside on March 12, 2019. That's right, folks! You can finally get your hands on this hilarious flick starring Kevin Hart, Bryan Cranston, and Nicole Kidman.

What's the Buzz About?

Well, if you haven't heard, The Upside is a comedy-drama that'll have you laughing one minute and reaching for the tissues the next. It's based on a true story, believe it or not! The original French film, Les Intouchables, was a massive hit, and now Hollywood's given it a fresh twist.

Fun fact alert! The original film was such a sensation that it became the highest-grossing French film ever. Talk about breaking barriers, huh?

Why the Wait?

You might be wondering, "Why the hold-up, Redbox?" Well, here's the deal. The Upside had a bit of a rollercoaster ride before it hit the big screens. It was originally set for release in 2017, but some behind-the-scenes drama pushed it back. But hey, good things come to those who wait, right?

What Makes The Upside Special?

This film's got heart, plain and simple. It's about an ex-con, Dell, who becomes the unlikely caretaker of a wealthy quadriplegic, Philip. Throw in some witty banter, a few life lessons, and a whole lot of laughs, and you've got a movie that'll leave you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside.

And get this - Kevin Hart and Bryan Cranston's chemistry is so on point, it's like they were made to play these characters. Nicole Kidman's not too shabby either, playing Philip's art dealer and love interest.
