From the Court to the Kitchen

You might remember Lamar as the power forward who won two NBA championships with the Lakers back in the day. He was known for his versatility and hustle on the court. But fast forward to today, and you'll find Lamar trading in his jersey for an apron!

That's right, folks! Lamar has been busy in the kitchen, whipping up some delicious meals. He's even started his own cooking show, "Cooking with Lamar," where he shares his favorite recipes. Who would've thought, huh? It's like going from slam dunks to slam-dunks in the kitchen!

Family Man and Reality TV Star

Lamar's also been keeping busy with his family. He's a proud dad to three beautiful kids - Destiny, Lamar Jr., and Jayden. He's been open about his journey as a single parent, and it's clear that his kids are his world. It's like going from scoring points to scoring big in the parenting game!

And if you're a fan of reality TV, you might've caught Lamar on "Khloe and Lamar," the reality show he starred in with his ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian. He's also made appearances on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and "The Doctors." It's like going from the court's bright lights to the small screen's glow!

Health and Wellness Advocate

Lamar's also been open about his struggles with addiction and health issues. But he's turned those challenges into opportunities to help others. He's become an advocate for mental health and wellness, using his platform to raise awareness and encourage others to seek help when they need it.

It's like going from playing through pain on the court to playing a crucial role in breaking down stigmas off the court. Lamar's not just a former athlete; he's a role model who's using his story to make a difference.
