Harry Potter Fanfiction Fires Dumbledore Choose From His Wizengamot Seats

Harry Potter Fanfiction: The Ultimate Dumbledore's Choice

Ever found yourself in a pickle, wishing you could pick your favorite teacher to sit on your school's disciplinary board? Well, that's exactly what's happening in the magical world of Harry Potter fanfiction! Imagine you're the Sorting Hat, and Dumbledore's just asked you to help him choose his Wizengamot from a list of beloved characters. Sounds like a dream, right?

What's the Wizengamot, you ask?

In the Harry Potter series, the Wizengamot is like the magical world's supreme court. It's a group of wise and powerful witches and wizards who make important decisions and uphold the law. Now, imagine Dumbledore's in a spot, and he needs to fill these seats with characters from the series. Let's dive into some fun scenarios!

Choosing the Wizengamot: A Dumbledore Dilemma

Minerva McGonagall: The Iron Fist

First up, we have Professor McGonagall. She's stern, fair, and has a knack for turning into a cat. She'd be the iron fist on the Wizengamot, making sure everyone toes the line. But would she be too strict? Remember when she turned poor Neville into a toad? We'd hate to see that happen to a naughty student!

Rubeus Hagrid: The Heart of Gold

Next, there's Hagrid. He's got a heart of gold and loves all creatures great and small. But would he be too soft on rule-breakers? He did let a giant spider loose in Hogwarts, after all. Plus, he might be a bit biased towards half-giants like Grawp.

Severus Snape: The Master of Potions

Then there's Severus Snape. He's a master potioneer and has a wealth of knowledge. But would his bitterness towards certain houses cloud his judgment? And could he resist the temptation to make a few sneaky potions in his spare time?

Hermione Granger: The Brainiac

Lastly, we have Hermione. She's brilliant, well-read, and always prepared. But would she be too bossy? She'd probably have a whole rulebook memorized and ready to enforce. And what if she started using her time-turner to cheat at Wizengamot meetings?

Why Should You Care?

So, why should you care about Dumbledore's choice for the Wizengamot? Well, for starters, it's a fun way to think about our favorite characters in a new light. It's like when you're trying to decide who to put on your fantasy football team – except with magic!

But more importantly, it's about representation and diversity. Just like in real life, it's crucial to have a variety of voices and perspectives in positions of power. In the magical world, that means having characters from different houses, backgrounds, and specialties on the Wizengamot. It's not just about who's the most powerful or the most popular – it's about who can make the best decisions for the community as a whole.

Plus, it's a great way to engage with the Harry Potter series and show off your knowledge. Who wouldn't want to impress Dumbledore with their Wizengamot wisdom?

And remember, it's not just about picking the most powerful or popular characters. It's about finding the right balance of skills, perspectives, and personalities to make the best decisions for the magical community. So, choose wisely – the fate of Hogwarts (and beyond) could be in your hands!
