So, you're into baseball, huh? Well, grab a seat, 'cause we're about to dive into the world of Chicago Cubs baseball, and let me tell you, it's a wild ride. Now, where do I even start? Oh, right, the legends!
Ryno - The Original Shortstop
First up, we've got Ryne Sandberg, or as the Wrigley faithful call him, Ryno. This guy was the heart and soul of the Cubs in the '80s and '90s. I mean, he won nine Gold Gloves, people! Nine! That's like, a whole set. And his bat? Don't even get me started. He's the only second baseman in history to hit 400 home runs. I mean, who needs a first baseman, right?
Santo - The Flying Hawaiian
Now, let's talk about Fernando Tatis Sr., but you can call him Santo. This guy was a force to be reckoned with in the '70s and '80s. I mean, he had a cannon for an arm, and he could hit, too. He's the only player in history to have two 3-HR games in a single season. Twice the power, twice the fun, am I right?
Must Read
Sammy - The Punchline
Alright, let's talk about Sammy Sosa. Now, I know what you're thinking, "But he's not a Cub anymore!" Well, yeah, but he's still a legend, okay? I mean, this guy was a powerhouse in the '90s. He hit 66 home runs in 1998! Sixty-six! That's like, a whole new number, you know?
Kerry - The Closer
Now, let's talk about Kerry Wood. This guy was a beast on the mound in the late '90s and early 2000s. I mean, he struck out 20 batters in his first major league start! Twenty! That's like, a whole new level of impressive, right?

Rizzo - The Captain
And finally, we've got Anthony Rizzo. This guy was the heart and soul of the Cubs when they finally broke the curse in 2016. I mean, he's the captain, the leader, the guy who always has a smile on his face, even when he's striking out. Well, maybe not then, but you get the picture.
So there you have it, folks. A little trip down memory lane with some of the greatest Chicago Cubs baseball players of all time. Now, who's ready to grab a beer and watch the game?
