Now, Let's Talk Policy

Alright, let's get down to business. Circle K, they're a big deal, you know. They've got stores all over the place, from the U.S. to Canada, Mexico, even as far as China. So, it's no surprise they've got a drug test policy. But here's the thing, it's not as scary as it sounds.

Circle K, they care about their employees. They want everyone to be safe and alert while they're working. So, they've got a policy that says, "Hey, if we think someone's not fit for duty because of drugs or alcohol, we might ask them to take a test." But here's the kicker, it's not a random thing. It's usually after an accident, or if there's a reason to believe someone's under the influence.

What About Pre-Employment?

Now, you might be thinking, "But what if I'm applying for a job?" Well, hold onto your hats, because here's where it gets interesting. As of 2017, Circle K doesn't typically drug test before hiring. That's right, you heard it here first! They're more interested in seeing what you can do than what you might have done in your free time.
