TxDOT was invited to present a briefing of the Loop 9 SE project. In attendance were more than 800 area residents, elected officials and/or their representatives and representatives from Ellis County, Dallas County, City of Cedar Hill, City of Glenn Heights, City of Ovilla, City of Lancaster, and project staff. The proposed Loop 9 SE project plans were on display and staff was available to answer questions. The South Cedar Hill Homeowners' Association presented a series of questions that was compiled from the residents of Lancaster, Cedar Hill and Glenn Heights.
